Student Support.

At Blue Lotus College (BLC), we understand that studying in a new country is both exciting and challenging. Our dedicated Student Support Officer (SSO) provides professional, confidential, and free advice to help you settle, succeed, and enjoy your experience in Melbourne.

BLC is committed to helping students achieve academic success. The Student Support Officer, along with trainers and assessors, monitors student progress and provides additional guidance to those who experience academic challenges.

  • Guidance on course progress and assessments

Moving to a new country can be overwhelming. The SSO is available during college hours to assist with:

  • Personal or emotional difficulties
  • Social integration and connecting with peers

BLC can assist students in finding safe and affordable accommodation options, including homestays, private rentals, and student apartments. Support is also available for tenancy advice and accommodation concerns.

The college administration maintains an updated list of local doctors, hospitals, and emergency services. Students with medical concerns can contact the SSO for assistance in finding suitable healthcare providers.
